Today marked the launch of the Class of 2027 of the National Leadership Programs at the Qatar Leadership Centre, which aim to establish a comprehensive leadership development pathway focused on enhancing participants’ competencies, expanding their professional networks, and strengthening their capacity to contribute effectively to the future of the State of Qatar.

These programs integrate theoretical knowledge with practical application, and combine real-world challenges with opportunities for deep reflection, in order to develop conscious, responsible leaders who are capable of leading with purpose and serving the nation.

The programs commenced with a general orientation session for the Executive Leadership Programs, Rising Leadership Programs, and the two Government Leadership Programs, an initiative introduced for the first time to broaden opportunities for interaction and relationship-building among participants.
