Participants in the Future Leaders Program concluded an educational trip to the Kingdom of Norway, where they learned about global best practices in leadership and public policy through field visits to Norwegian and international institutions concerned with governance, sustainability, and innovation. The participants also interacted with decision-makers and international experts, contributing to broadening their horizons and deepening their understanding of challenges and innovative solutions in leadership work environments.
