In the presence of Her Excellency Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad Al Thani, along with several ministers and dignitaries, the second edition of the Leadership Innovation Forum, organized by the Qatar Leadership Centre (QLC), was launched under the theme “The Art of Decision-Making.”

The forum opened with a keynote address by His Excellency Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Khulaifi, Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who shared insights from his experience in diplomacy and mediation, highlighting the importance of determination and wisdom in effective decision-making and leadership excellence.

The forum’s sessions covered several key themes, including:
