Roundtable Session on Geopolitics, Risk, and Resilience: Managing Uncertainty in the Gulf Region

Qatar Leadership Centre, in collaboration with its Alumni Association, organized a roundtable session titled “Geopolitics, Risk, and Resilience: Managing Uncertainty in the Gulf Region.” The session featured Dr. Sultan Abdulrahman Al Khalifi, Senior Researcher at the Center for Conflict and Humanitarian Studies, and Dr. Abdullah Bandar Al Otaibi, Assistant Professor in the Department of International Affairs at Qatar University. The discussion was moderated by Qatar Leadership Centre alumnus Mr. Mohammed Abdullah Al Muhaid.
The session explored key geopolitical developments and regional challenges, as well as their implications for the security and stability of the region. Through an interactive dialogue, participants examined emerging trends and strategic considerations, contributing to the enhancement of strategic awareness and leadership thinking among alumni from various cohorts of the Centre’s programs.
Through exposure to leading international experiences and inspiring development models, participants gained valuable insights into contemporary leadership practices, organizational excellence, and innovative approaches that support sustainable institutional growth and informed decision-making.
