As part of the Executive Government Leadership Program, Qatar Leadership Centre organized a module titled “Data-Driven Decision-Making,” delivered by the American University of Beirut.
The module aimed to strengthen participants’ capabilities in effectively leveraging data to support informed decision-making, thereby enhancing institutional performance and contributing to more effective organizational outcomes.
