Institutional Programs
For a decade until today, Qatar Leadership Centre has been offering institutional programs. These programs stem from the Centre’s commitment to building national leadership capabilities.
Institutional programs combine an academic approach with practical training, delivered through specialized courses, seminars, mentorship and executive coaching tailored to the needs of each organization.
After studying the needs of the institution by conducting a careful assessment of the professional needs at various levels of management in this institution, training programs are designed in cooperation with global training partners from prestigious local and international universities and institutes.
