Executive Leadership Program

The Executive Leadership Program aims to enhance leadership and management among Qataris who hold mid-level to senior-level management positions and provide them with skills consistent with their administrative responsibilities. It is presented in the English language with a highly international methodology and strategy to meet professional needs in the private sector.

The associates participate in several complementary activities, including seminars, field visits, and interaction with prominent leaders from various sectors such as the oil and gas sector, the government sector, health care, finance and business, and the communications sector.

Learning Trips

Participants in the Executive Leadership Program are required to go on a learning trip outside the State of Qatar in order to directly benefit from the experience of leaders in other countries and expand the circle of knowledge and its application in the State of Qatar.

Program Focus

Skills and knowledge that participants will gain and bring back to their workplaces from this program include:

• Advanced leadership and life coaching skills, with an emphasis on innovation, adaptation, and change.
• Negotiation techniques.
• Dealing with the media.
• Ability to enhance professional strengths and improve weak areas.
• Understanding of regional policy challenges and ways that these are being addressed by government and industry.
• Fundamentals of financial analysis and management.
• Team building and motivation.
• Methods and approaches for service innovation.
