Qatar Leadership Centre (QLC), in partnership with the QLC Alumni Association, is committed to empowering alumni and supporting their professional development after completing the national programs. The Centre ensures continuous learning opportunities that enhance graduates’ capabilities and align with their future aspirations.
This approach enables them to engage with diverse expertise, interact directly with leaders across sectors, and build extensive professional networks. These opportunities also deepen their understanding of national and global trends, strengthening their readiness to contribute meaningfully to society and to achieve their personal and professional goals.
QLC Alumni Association
The QLC Alumni Association is a dynamic, continuously growing network that brings together graduates from all QLC national programs. It provides an integrated platform designed to reinforce professional connections, expand networking opportunities, and foster collaboration among leaders representing various sectors.
The association comprises a strong base of more than 1,200 graduates of the national programs—an elite group of leadership talent contributing to Qatar’s development and innovation landscape, while enabling QLC to remain aligned with national and global priorities through their ongoing engagement and diverse expertise.

As part of QLC’s efforts to enhance sustained engagement with its graduates, the QLC Alumni Association was launched in 2017 as an interactive platform aimed at building a cohesive network of leaders within Qatari society.
The Association works to support alumni and strengthen collaboration by organizing regular activities and programs focused on developing leadership skills and expertise in various fields. These efforts contribute to reinforcing alumni’s capabilities and supporting their personal and professional ambitions.
