Executive Master's Program in Leaders – Qatar (EML-Q) in collaboration with Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business
The Executive Master’s in Leaders – Qatar program was developed in collaboration with the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University with the goal of continuing to enhance the leadership skills of graduates of QLC’s national leadership programs. EML-Q program provides associates with a world-class educational experience that combines practical management skills with advanced leadership policies that equip them with the capabilities to create positive impact in their institutions.
After completing the program within one academic year, graduates will be awarded an Executive Master’s in Leadership from McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University in Washington.
Graduates of EML-Q will also join a community of 200,000 Georgetown alumni spread around the world.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in the United States, or an equivalent qualification from an internationally recognized institution.
- Be an alumnus/alumna of a Qatar Leadership Centre (QLC) National Program.
Admission Requirements
Eligible candidates must submit
- Current CV or resume (maximum of two pages).
- Written essay (maximum 500 words).
- Video essay (two-minutes video).
- One professional recommendation.
Official transcripts or Academic records. - Demonstration of English Language Proficiency, if applicable – TOEFL or IELTS – This requirement is waived for applicants who have earned a bachelor’s or advanced degree from an institution where English is the primary language of instruction.
