Government Leadership Program
The government leaders program enhances the personal and professional development of outstanding Qatari government professionals through a program of customized leadership education. The program seeks to inculcate skills in the participants that are pivotally important to a rapidly-evolving, increasingly smart and innovative public service sector in line with international best practices in government.
Rising Leadership Program
The rising leaders program develops leadership and management skills and enhances the personal and professional development of Qatari professionals who have shown excellence in their careers.
Executive Leadership Program
The executive leaders program strengthens leadership and management skills and enhances the personal and professional development of highly accomplished mid‐level to senior‐level Qatari professionals. As the tier of professionals presently entrusted with the responsibilities of leadership, the skills they learn are aimed to assist them in consolidating present organizational gains, position their teams for further victories, and navigate through challenging times.
Executive Master's Program
The Centre’s graduate-level program Executive Master’s in Leadership – Qatar (EML-Q) was launched in May 2018. It is one of the very few in-depth academic programs in leadership available anywhere in the world.
Offered by QLC partner, Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, the program is open exclusively to QLC’s National Leadership Programs Alumni. It integrates advanced practical management skills, leadership theory and policy, to enable participants bring positive change within their organizations.
After one year of intensive study, graduates obtain their Master’s degree from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business in Washington D.C.
EML-Q graduates will join Georgetown University’s growing global network of 200,000 alumni.
Institutional Program
Launched in 2014, the QLC’s Institutional Programs are bespoke programs designed for working professionals within Qatari organizations as part of the Centre’s national capacity-building and leadership incubation mandate.
