Rising Leadership Program

The Rising Leadership Program is an opportunity for young leaders in Qatar who have proven their distinction and excellence in their professional paths. The program has been carefully designed to develop and enhance their leadership potential. Through a combination of comprehensive training, hands-on education and mentorship, participants embark on an interactive journey to become visionary leaders ready to deal with the complexities of the modern world.

The primary language of training is English.

The participants take part in several complementary activities, including seminars, field visits, and interaction with prominent leaders from various sectors such as the oil and gas sector, the government sector, health care, finance and business, and the communications sector.

Learning Trips

Participants in the Rising Leadership Program embark on a learning trip outside the State of Qatar to benefit directly from the experience of leaders in other countries and expand the circle of knowledge and its application in the State of Qatar.

Program Focus

Skills and knowledge that participants will gain and bring back to their workplaces from this program include

Strategic thinking.
Leadership skills, with an emphasis on innovation, adaptation, and change.
Negotiation techniques.
Dealing with media.
Understanding of regional policy challenges and ways to address them.
Fundamentals of financial analysis and management.
Team building and motivation.
Methods and approaches for service innovation.
